Amendment 0003 Replace the bid schedule on page four of the solicitation with attachment Amendment 0003 Revisions - Bid Schedule.� Replace job sheets PA-315 and PA-612 contained in Attachment 7 � Conservation Plan Job Sheets and replace them with Amendment 0003 Revisions - Job Sheet PA-315 and Amendment 0003 Revisions - Job Sheet PA-612 Replace construction specification 6 contained in Attachment 2 Construction Specification and replace it with Amendment 0003 Revisions - Construction Specification 6 Post questions and answers Amendment 0003 Revisions - Q&A ________________________________________________________ Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 9/16/2021 at 17:00 EST to 9/21/2021 at 17:00 EST.� _______________________________________________________ Amendment 0001� The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Remove wage determination Attachment 6 -�PA2020018 Heavy Sewer/Water Treating Plant 2) Replace with wage determination Attachment 6 - PA20200006 Heavy and Highway _______________________________________________________ NRCS Pennsylvania Wetland Restoration, Enhancement, Tree and Shrub Establishment The project is located in Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.� It is to improve degraded wetland functions, enhance plant communities, animal habitats (especially for waterfowl, wading and shore birds, neotropical migrants, reptiles and amphibians and other wetland dependent wildlife) restore wetland hydrology, and seed disturbed areas associated with the wetland enhancement.� The work will include the creation of four potholes and six ditch plugs, controlling culvert flow with riprap dissipation pads, seeding and mulching, and tree and shrub planting per the attached statement of work and other documents.�
