- Description
- The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DAPRA) serves as the research and development organization for the Department of Defense (DoD) with the primary responsibility of maintaining U.S. technological superiority over our adversaries. DARPA's objective for this Request For Quote (RFQ) and any subsequent contract is to provide parking management services of its on-site, underground parking garage for DARPA employees. The parking garage consists of 515 parking spaces on 3 levels, with approximately�625 parking contracts. The garage is to remain open for use 24/7, 365 days per year. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract consisting of a one-year base and four (4) one-year options on a Best Value basis. The contractor shall provide the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items is prepared in accordance FAR 12 and FAR 13. This Request for Quote (RFQ) announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; a quote is being requested. This solicitation is for a small business set-aside under NAICS code 812390 - Parking Lots and Garages, Size Standard $41.5 Million. Quotes are to be solicited only from small business concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) which meet the criteria for a small business concern�at the time of submission of quote.
