- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering 6 NSNs within the FSC 5306. �The NSNs covered under this solicitation are provided below: 5306-01-096-5592 - BOLT, MACHINE 5306-01-096-5593 � BOLT, MACHINE 5306-01-096-5594 � BOLT, MACHINE 5306-01-096-5596 � BOLT, MACHINE 5306-01-096-5598 � BOLT, MACHINE 5306-01-185-6237 � BOLT, MACHINE The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. �Each of these NSNs are Army Critical Safety Items. �First Article Testing by Contractor is required. �Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet id Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the �Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area and click the submit button. Solicitations are in Portable Document Format PDF). To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software Is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on case-by-case basis if access to DIBBS is not available. The solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about September 29, 2021. �
