Requirements Description:� The attached requirements description has the information about the equipment and configuration being requested by the customer. � Submission Formats:� Vendors can submit a quote in any format as long as the quote clearly provides all of the following information: Item(s) quoted Including information detailing how the items quoted meet the specifications of the Customer�s Requirements. Pricing information Delivery information; how many days after receipt of award will the items be delivered. Total Price Vendor�s Company Name Vendor�s Current CAGE Code (SAM Registered) Vendor�s current GSA contract number Vendor�s Point of Contact (Individual with authority to sign a contract for the vendor) and their contact information) Other Vendor Points of Contact (Sales; Billing, etc; if desired and different than the individual with signature authority) and contact information � Shipping Information:� Equipment will be shipped to the Nebraska National Guard�s warehouse facility:� 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524.� � Attached is a list of the applicable clauses and provisions for this contract requirement.� Applicable current clauses not already on the vendor�s GSA contract will be added to the delivery order.� � The Government will evaluate quotes using a Best Value approach.� The following three (3) evaluation factors apply: Price:� Quotes will be evaluated based on the total price of the item(s) requested. Technical:� Items and specifications quoted meet the agency�s needs. Vendor Responsibility:� �A determination of the vendor�s responsibleness will be made by reviewing Government acquisition websites. � Award:� The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price�contract.� Award�will be made to a vendor who is deemed responsible and offers the best value for the items that meet the customer�s needs.� We intend to award a contract for this requirement by 3:00 PM Central time on 30 September 2021. � Questions:� Questions shall be submitted to James Cole, Nebraska National Guard Contracting Specialist, via email james.p.cole.civ@mail.mil.� All questions must be received prior to 1:00 PM Central, local time for Lincoln, NE, on 14 September 2021.� We will strive to respond to all questions and provide all interested parties the additional information / clarifications by 11:00 AM Central, on 16 September 2021.� An interested party is one who contacts the contracting specialist prior to the suspense for submitting questions or responds to the solicitation (RFQ) prior to our office responding to the questions received.� � Core Hours:� Our office�s core hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Central, Tuesday through Thursday.� We observe all federal holidays. When a federal holiday falls on a Saturday it is observed the Friday prior to the holiday.� When a federal holiday falls on a Sunday it is observed the Monday after the holiday.�
