Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S9421Q0012 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07/ effective 9-10-2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315990 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. In accordance with attached FAR Part 6 Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition Eagle Industries, Inc (CAGE 0D1Z5) is the only supplier for the required equipment.
