- The purpose of Amendment 03 is to: The purpose of this amendment is to revise information within this combined synopsis/solicitation including but not limited to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Critieria, Attachment 1- Product Description, Attachment 2- Pricing Worksheet, and to�extend the quote submission deadline/due date. Reference Summary of Changes and associated attachments. Revisions have been annotated in blue Font, however, may not be all encompassing.� The purpose of Amendment 02 is to:� Extend the submission deadline, update instructions to offerors, and revise Attachment 1- Product Description and Attachment 2- Pricing Worksheet. Changes have been highlighted in yellow. ******************************************************************************************** The purpose of this amendment is to:� 1. Revise the solicitation to allow for full and open competition. As a result, some clauses have been removed and / or added to the solicitation. 2. Answer questions from vendors. See Attachment 3- Questions and Answers. 3. Revised Attachment-1 Product Description and Attachment 2- Pricing Worksheet to change ELIN A028 (4-Man Tent) quantities. See attached revised Solicitation, revised Product Description, revised Pricing Worksheet, and Question and Answers. ********************************************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and�FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified�Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command, Contracting Department, San Diego, CA 92155 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Winter Warfare Gear.� This RFQ�is a small business set aside.�The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing.�The size standard is 750. See attached RFQ H9224021T0047 document and attachments for additional guidance and information.�
