Notice Type: Sources Sought Notice # 12305B21SS0120 SYNOPSIS: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Research Service, Eastern Regional Research Center, Wyndmoor, PA., requires recurring maintenance service for Agilent products: GCMS Triple Quad Instrument Package that consists of: Agilent 7890A Series GC; and Agilent 7010 MS/MS. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The primary objective of issuing this Sources Sought Notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing maintenance services for GCMS Triple Quad instrument package. The service must be preformed by a certified Agilent Technician. ITEMS: � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � ��Qty Maintenance Repair Service for������������������������� ����� 1 Job GCMS Triple Quad instrument package ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS: The service agreement should include Cross-lab Silver and: Maintenance/repair of Agilent Technologies Agilent 7890A Series GC Custom and 7000A Triple Quad GC/MS. Have unlimited on-site repair visits for covered service agreement period. Fully cover all costs of any associated repair during the covered service agreement period. Have telephone support for covered hardware and software. Have repairs done using only OEM parts and software. Have the vendor demonstrate the ability to acquire OEM parts and software, as well as ability to use and license that software to us for our laboratory�s use of instrument. (All lines items should be priced to include shipping, warranty, etc.) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: One year. NAICS: 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. NOTE TO OFFERS: This is not a request for quote.� Any quotes received will be reviewed for estimation/budgetary purposes only.
