- This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD.� This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR subpart 5.3. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. On September 03, 2021 NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, located at 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia PA 19111 awarded multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price task order contracts to provide Information Technology (IT) Technical support services required to facilitate the overall objective of The Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), Deputy CNO for MyNavyHR (N1) and subordinate commands. �Awards were made to the following firms at a total estimated value as follows; N0018921DZ046 to Booz Allen Hamilton of McLean, VA in the total CPFF amount of $606,332,207.35.� N0018921DZ047 to CACI, Inc.-Federal of Chantilly, VA in the total CPFF amount of $574,997,802.04.� N0018921DZ048 to Science Applications International Corporation of Reston, VA in the total CPFF amount of $580,037,247.68.� N0018921DZ049 to Capstone Corporation of Alexandria, VA in the total CPFF amount of $490,634,413.45.� N0018921DZ050 to 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. of McLean, VA in the total CPFF amount of $607,394,437.95.� Each contract will run concurrently and includes a 60-month base ordering period and 6-month option period. Work is expected to start on November 1, 2021 and be completed by October 31, 2026; if the option is exercised, work will be completed by April 20, 2027.� The awards were made in response to proposals submitted under a competitive, full and open, unrestricted, RFP N0018921RZ032.� The work will be performed at the following locations: Pensacola, Fla. (40 percent), Millington, Tenn. (30 percent), Arlington, Va.
