- PMIS 313350 REPAIR DAVIS BAYOU FIVE (5) BLDGS - HURRICANE ZETA AND PMIS 313368 MARINA COMFORT STATION - HURRICANE ZETA GULF ISLANDS NATIONAL SEAHORE, DAVIS BAYOU AREA OCEAN SPRINGS, JACKSON COUNTY, MS MAGNITUDE: Firm fixed price construction contract; estimated price range between $100,000 and $250,000 SCOPE: Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete REPAIRS on Oil Storage Shed (MS18), Boat Dock Office (MS19), John Boat House (MS22), Hazardous Material Storage #1 and #2, and Marina Restroom (MS25) Hurricane Zeta made landfall just west of Gulf Islands National Seashore Mississippi District. Storm surge of 13 feet inundated the Park unit causing flood damage, debris and fallen trees. This project proposes to make repairs to several buildings in the Davis Bayou area as a result of Hurricane Zeta.
