- NSN: 4920-01-268-2007 RN P/N: BH112JD-80 Noun: JetCal Analyzer Test Set Qty: BEQ 9EA for 5 years The JetCal Analyzer Test Set, which is a turbine engine data collection and analysis system used to determine TF33 engine condition and performance. The system contains hardware that collects and displays data, an executive software program that controls the configuration of the hardware, and engine specific application software that facilitates maintenance tests. Executive software provides the capability to perform system activities such as data acquisition, calibration, and report production. Application software is specifically designed to support testing of the TF33 turbojet afterburning engine. The system provides automated data recording, fault monitoring, and report product.� The contract action is for supplies which the Government solicited and negotiated with only one source, Howell Instruments, Inc. (CAGE Code: 98869)�under authority of FAR 6.302-1 because no other source has the proprietary data to provide the JetCal Analyzer Test Set. The Government does not own the technical data package (TDP), nor is the product under the configuration control of the US Government.
