- The contract consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary to provide Hugs Software and Hardware Maintenance which operates the Infant Protection System for Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH) at Fort Riley, Kansas. Stanley Healthcare solutions is the manufacturer of the Hugs system, which is a proprietary system and is only serviced by authorized Hugs dealers. Stanley has a network of authorized dealers throughout the country for installation, service and basic system needs. �Those dealers are assigned to certain regions of the country as a territory. �No other Hugs dealer can install/service a system in another dealer�s territory. This is a follow-on requirement for the exclusive licensing software upgrade and annual maintenance must be purchased from the Control Services Inc. �
