- Description
- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to use the procedures of FAR Part 13.501(a) to award a fixed price contract modification on a sole source basis to SEC Contract 50310220P0064 with Greenwich Associates LLC for expansion of the SEC's existing�subscription for proprietary research and data pertaining to the financial markets.� Greenwich Associates LLC�s data and research is the only content that has been identified to fully meet the SEC�s requirement and the content is proprietary; therefore, it is not possible for another source to meet this requirement. The contracting officer has determined that Greenwich Associates LLC is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC�s requirement in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) � Sole Source Acquisitions. The period of performance for this modification is anticipated to align with Option Period I of the Contract for the Period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 and the three subsequent Option Periods of 12 months each.��The total estimated value of the contract shall remain below�the dollar threshold in FAR 13.5 for the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The SEC intends to award a contract modification to 50310220P0064 with Greenwich Associates LLC on or about September 13, 2021. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by the response date of this notice.
