Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. �The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit from�a single source for a fixed-price contract�under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) to�KUDO INC. located at�225 W 35TH ST FL 16 New York, New York 10001-1904,�United States.�This contract will provide the WMDD Division and government�partners, with the required virtual platform and simultaneous translation services for meetings to be conducted with�oversea partners. It was determined�that for this contract action�circumstances�deem Kudo Inc.�the one source reasonably available. The Kudo platform has been utilized by the FBI along with other agency partners. Market Research was conducted through internet�searches,�contact with FBI employees, and contact with government�partners.�It was concluded that the Kudo platform has proven to offer unique platform�capabilities and resources�to provide the necessary services for the meetings to be conducted with oversea and government partners.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. �All statements�shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Caleb Weeks by email at�clweeks@fbi.gov.�Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �Telephone requests will not be considered.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.��
