- U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract�to Specialty Cartridge, Inc for the Atlanta Arms brand .38 mm caliber�ammunition. The Atlanta Arms .38 mm 158GR SWC PPC ammunition is�produced according to specifications and CBP Ballistics Laboratory�(BALLAB) recommendations that can only be obtained from this�manufacturer. The ammunition will be used for competition and�ceremonial purposes only. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids.�There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time. If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements, please contact the�Contract Specialist by e-mail at david.torres@cbp.dhs.gov by the�response date and time listed with this notice. You must submit a capabilities statement displaying your ability to meet the requirements.
