Description

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with iSoft Solutions, LLC, 5361 Cleveland Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462, for the acquisition of audio and visual equipment to be utilized in support of training. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�A redacted version of the approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334310.� The business size standard is 750 employees.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 22, 2021 at 08:30 A.M. Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov.
