- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 334513. The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a purchase order to OTT HYDROMET CORP 22400 Davis DR STE 100 Sterling, Virginia 20164-7128. 25 Sutron Softlink�s (product number: SL3-LITE-BRKT and 56-0540-400-DTR). The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Christina Mohamed at cmohamed@usbr.gov by 11:00 AM MT, September 22, 2021, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the single source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
