Description

Sealed bids will be received for the purchase and removal of designated pine timber on three (3) tracts of land totaling approximately 447 acres located on the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort�s Townsend Bombing Range, Townsend, Georgia. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 pm on October 20, 2021, and read at the office of the NAVFACSYSCOM MIDLANT-FEAD, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, Building 616, Beaufort, SC, 29904. This is a per unit (ton) sale. Inspection of the timber offered for sale and removal is invited and strongly encouraged. Interested parties may arrange inspection by contacting Mr. Brandon Pritchett, Forester, Townsend Bombing Range at (912) 424-1001.
