- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation PANNWD-21-P-0000 004553 Zumwalt Park Bank Stabilization is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This solicitation is a total small business set aside under the NAICS Code of 561730 landscaping services with a small business size standard of $8,000,000. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Contract Specialist is Justin Figueredo at justin.f.figueredo@usace.army.mil or at 503-808-4635. See attachments for more details and instructions. **SITE VISIT** A site visit will be held on Monday, 13 September 2021, with a start time of 10:00am�at the northeast Zumwalt Park Day Use parking lot, located in the vicinity of 26081 Vista Dr, Veneta, OR 97487. Please notify Molly Casperson, Molly.R.Casperson@usace.army.mil, and CC Justin Figueredo, Justin.F.Figueredo@usace.army.mil, and Ted Blume, Theodore.S.Blume@usace.army.mil, via email by 3:00pm�on Friday, 10 September 2021, if you plan on attending the site visit.
