- FOREST PRODUCTS: Pine and Hardwood Timber TIME OF OPENING: 2:00 PM, Local Time DATE OF OPENING: 19 October 2021 PLACE OF OPENING: Wright Patman Project Office, Texarkana, Texas BID DEPOSIT: $1,000 for Item 1 START DATE: 1 January 2022 EXPIRATION DATE: 31 December 2022 Inspection of current known salvage areas is invited between 8:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Arrange inspection with Project Forester, Mr. Dean Attaway, telephone number 903-838-8781 or cell phone number 903-276-4991. Please call 24 hours in advance of desired time of inspection. Army Corps of Engineers Address: Post Office Box 17300, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 Property located at: Wright Patman Lake, Lake of the Pines and White Oak Creek Mitigation Area Submission of Bids: a. Sealed bids must be submitted on the bid form accompanying this invitation for bids and specifications of sale, or on exact copies thereof. Invitation and bid forms, or any additional information pertaining thereto, may be obtained from the District Engineer, Fort Worth District, Corps of Engineers, P.O. Box 17300, Fort Worth, Texas 76102-0300. b. Bid deposits and original bid sheets should be delivered to Mr. Dean Attaway, Project Forester, Wright Patman Project Office, Texarkana, Texas, prior to the time and date of the bid opening or hand carried to the Wright Patman Project Office the day of the opening.
