- AMENDMENT 3�- 09/20/2021 - Due date extended The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) issuing a request for quotes (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide dismantling and disposal of Acco Three Quarter (3/4) Ton Monorail Crane in accordance with the PWS. The required work shall take place at PHNSY & IMF.� The tentative period of performance for this requirement is 27 SEP 2021 to 26 SEP 2022. Solicitation: �The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-21-Q-0083. �This solicitation will close on Monday, 20 SEP 2021, 07:00 am HST.� Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. Amendment 3 - Solicitation has been extended� - All quotes�are due to this office no later than Wednesday, 22 September 2021, 10 a.m HST, via email to Eva Calaustro at evangeline.calaustro@navy.mil and Ronnie Roscoe at� ronnie.roscoe@navy.mil.� �It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure their quote is received no later than the specific closing date and time. Please note the following for quote submission requirements for N32253-21-Q-0083: � Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (p. 12-13) provides detailed instructions on what documents must be included in the Offeror�s quote submission. A total of 3 documents must be submitted in order for a quote to be considered complete. � Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 (p. 13-15) provides evaluations factors of which the submitted quotes will be evaluated. � Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. A total price must be provided for CLIN 0001 (p. 3). � 52.204-24 (p. 15-17): Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.� � 52.204-26 (p.17): Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.� 52.212-3 (p. 17-33): This section must be filled out by the Offeror. � 52.212-3 (p. 17-34): This section must be filled out by the Offeror. � 52.222-22 (p. 41): Section (a) and (b) must be filled out by the Offeror. Questions: All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs.� Questions are due Tuesday, 14 SEP 2021, 1:00 pm�HST. �Responses to questions received after this date/time may not be addressed.
