Documents attached. ------------------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the NAICS code on page 1 of the solcitation document�to�561110 Office Administrative Services with a small business standard of $8,000,000.� ------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number: W9127P-21-R-0001 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 (12 Jul 2021). It is the contractor�s responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Small Business Set-Aside: 100%; Applicable Size Standard is $8,000,000. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: Period of Performance is anticipated from 29 September 2021 � 28 September 2026 including option years. Place of Performance is in Estate Bethlehem, St. Croix, USVI Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, and addendum applies to this acquisition Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items and addendum applies to this acquisition Offerors shall include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) Rating: The Government requires non-professional administrative services IAW with attached PWS. The Government intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor deemed responsive in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, whose proposal conforms to all of the RFP�s requirements and is judged to represent the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the Government in accordance with the evaluation scheme set forth in this RFP. This office will consider any late proposals or any late revisions of proposals as non-responsive.
