- Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Saratoga Springs Commissary, located in Saratoga Springs, New York near Saratoga Springs, New York, in accordance with the Governments Performance Work Statement (PWS).
