- Veteran Health Indiana (VHI), Richard L. Roudebush VAMC has a requirement Linen Service at various CBOC locations in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor shall provide supervision, linen, transportation, equipment, supplies, textiles, and labor for linen delivery to the VA Domiciliary, The Veteran s House and the CBOC Martinsville. The VA Domiciliary is a 50-bed facility located 9045 East 58th Street Indianapolis, IN 46216. The Veteran s House is 28 fully furnished guest suites located at 2669 Cold Springs Road Indianapolis IN. The CBOC Martinsville is located at 2200 John R. Wooden Drive Martinsville IN, and Wakeman CBOC is located at Camp Atterbury, Building 1010, 3791 10th Street Edinburgh, IN 46124 VHI solicitation packages will be available on or about September 17, 2021. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.Sam.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following email address: Kristina.Peart@va.gov no later than September 20, 2021 by 2 pm EST. Quotations are due no later than 1:00 p.m. (EST) on September 23, 2021 by email to Kristina.Peart@va.gov; NAICS 812332 applies. Size standards $41.5 Million.
