- Posting Date: September 15, 2021 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 Title: Yoga and Tai Chi Instructors Classification Code: U009 Education Training General NAICS Code: 611699 All other miscellaneous schools and instruction Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire YOGA and TAI CHI Instructors for various locations within the Northern Indiana Healthcare System Catchment Area. VA Medical Care Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s) have a requirement for certified Yoga and Tai Chi / Qigong instructors to provide virtual and onsite Yoga, Tai Chi / Qigong, and mindfulness classes to Veterans, Veteran Caregivers, and Employees. Services are located at Fort Wayne, St. Joseph County VA Clinic Mishawaka, Marion, Peru, Muncie, and Goshen Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base year. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be September 15, 2021 with a due date of September 21, 2021.
