Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC)�aims to�award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build �Construct Administration Building� POD 1A (Minor) Construction project at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 Project involves the construction of a new of 26,000 square foot administration building located adjacent to the existing CLC building 12 and north of SW 16th avenue. Work includes, but not limited to, Architectural, Site, Structural, Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Earthwork, Exterior Utilities, and other aspects of construction as required by the contract drawings and specifications. The work also involves, but not limited to, demolition of existing architectural, site, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and electrical work.
