- Description
- The Montana Air National Guard intends to award a firm fixed-price construction contract for the 120th Airlift Wing, Great Falls, Montana. Project provides for furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete project JKSE 212405, Repair 50 Ton Chiller, B64, in Great Falls, MT (Cascade County). The project is to repair by replacement the 50 TON Chiller on B64 and install AC Split system units in Rooms 172 and 174 per the Statement of Work and Contract Drawings. Project is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS 238220 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Per FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
