- Bid Abstract is posted. ******************************************************************************************* Amendment 1 is hereby posted with an updated wage determination. No other changes have been made. Answers to RFIs are also posted. __________________________________________ This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Brittany Rusch- Brittany.Rusch@usace.army.mil Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner harbor to -37ft (MLLW) plus 0.5ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material. This requirement is for full and open competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. ALL BIDS will be due on September 20, 2021 at 12:00pm PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Public bid opening will be held via WebEx at 1:00pm PDT. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00.� BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
