- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W50S9321B5009 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.50M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-09-24 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The USPFO PR 156 MSC W50S93 requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: Modernization construction contract for project TUMR232101 titled �Repair CES Robust IOC� for office facilities on Bldg# 25) located at Mu�iz Air National Guard Base flight line. Work will be performed in accordance to design drawings titled �CES PROPOSED LAYOUT� dated Feb 2021. This action is being solicited pursuant to FAR Part 14 as an Invitation for Bid and solicitation is a Total 100% set aside for small businesses concerns for eligible firms in the District of PR. Performance will be in the geographical area of Carolina, Puerto Rico. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $36.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The building consist of an area of 11,445 square feet (SF). Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. Submittal of Bid and Payment Bonds shall be required. This action is being procured as a 100% Total set aside for Small business concerns. The tentative date for a mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit is on-or about 6 August, 2021 10:00AM EST at Bldg.25, Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, PR. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow Site Visit registration and base access requirements contained in the attached synopsis. Ensure to send your business information a day prior to the site visit to prevent delays for your base access (before close of business, August 5, 2021). The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is Aug 19, 2021 and award is expected to be on-or about September 23, 2021.
