THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SYNOPSIZING AN UPCOMING COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR 5.201 AND 5.203 AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT OCTOBER 5, 2021 Security Upgrades, Bath VA Medical Center Procurement Number: 36C24221B0073 Project Number: 528A6-21-606 The Bath VA Medical Center (VAMC) will be posting a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under project number 528A6-21-606 titled Security Upgrades. The general scope of this project is to install 72 Interior Dome Cameras in building 3 and four (4) Network Switches. The (72) cameras will be installed in the exact locations specified on the drawings any changes to these locations must be approved by the COR. All devices & equipment installed must be 100% integrated & programed into the current Lenel system. (See attached draft Statement of Work). The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% bid bond will be required and must be submitted with the bid. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
