Ste 301 Gilbert, AZ 85297 Description This is a 100% TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERNA-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE combined synopsis/solicitation for BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07 Effective 09/10/2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The Network Contracting Office 22 Gilbert is seeking to purchase Audio Visual Equipment and installation for the Tucson Arizona VA Northwest Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). All interested companies shall provide quotation(s)for the following: Supplies Please see Attachment A for the Schedule of Items. Please see Attachment B for Delivery Schedule of Items Please see Attachment C for the Complete Statement of Work. The FMS Vendor File Update form needs to be submitted in all cases to the Contracting Officer as part of the offer or proposal.
