Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07, Effective September 10, 2021; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, effective 30 Aug 2021; and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation AFAC 2021-0726, Effective 26 July 2021. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.� Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document and returning one (1) copy to the POC�s email. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 335312, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 6115. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 1250 employees. This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR 8.004(b) Commercial sources in the open market, FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable.� This Request for Quote is set-aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The Government is requesting quotations from small businesses only. Solicitation is issued for Brand Name items: Onan Generators, MFG by Cummins Power Generation.
