Please include an acknowledged copy of the Amendment with vendors quote.* *Please include a period of performance in the quote. The Government has estimated at or less than 180 days for�project completion. Please annotate on page 7 of the SF 1449 as well as in the quote, if vendor intends�to provide a diffrent delivery schedule.* *Please be advised that the Government does not accept any Terms and Conditions outside of the SF 1449 and SOW.* Honeywell Vindicator system upgrade and Install IAW the attached Solicitation package.� Quotes must be valid through 31 December 2021 AFFARS MP5332.7�Contract Funding Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All offerors must maintain a current registration in SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award and receive payment. All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020) and FAR Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) to be eligible for award. As well as FAR, 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation (Oct 2020)
