UPDATE: Amendment 0001 extends the offer due date and time from Monday, 20-Sep-2021 at 1:00 p.m. local time (Warren, MI) to Tuesday, 05-Oct-2021 at 4:30 p.m. local time (Warren, MI). Please see W56HZV-20-R-0034 0001�under ""Attachments/Links"" for additional information. ***** SOLICITATION 1. This solicitation is�unrestricted�and will result in a three-year requirements-type contract for the supply identified below. The resulting contract will establish pricing that remains in effect for the period identified in the Schedule. Delivery orders will be placed as Government needs arise. REQUIREMENT NOUN: M256A2 Chemical Agent Detector Kit (CADK) NSN: 6665-01-563-7473 PART NO.: 5-77-3497 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) FIRST ARTICLE TEST & REPORT: Required PRODUCTION LOT TESTING: Required SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: B The quantities listed in this solicitation and the resulting contract are estimates only and not a representation they will be ordered, nor is it a representation that conditions affecting Government needs will be stable.�The Government bears no responsibility to issue an�initial minimum order upon base contract award. Please refer to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.216-21: REQUIREMENTS for additional information�pertaining to�this contract type. 2. As further detailed in Section B, the resulting contract will consist of three ordering years (OYs). The total estimated production quantity for each OY�is as follows: CLIN 0011: FIRST ORDERING YEAR�- M256A2 CADK:�30,000 EA CLIN 0012: SECOND�ORDERING YEAR�- M256A2 CADK: 40,000 EA CLIN 0013: THIRD�ORDERING YEAR�- M256A2 CADK: 40,000 EA 3. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is distribution code ""C"", which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors. Please refer to Section C for additional information. 4. Military preservation, packing and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D, all applicable�requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1 and the Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) contained within the TDP. 5. All shipments shall be free on board (FOB) destination to the following address: XU BLUE GRASS ARMY DEPOT XU GEN SUP STORAGE PT CRP WHSE 211 431 BATTLEFIELD MEMORIAL HIGHWAY RICHMOND, KY 40475-5070 NOTE: The Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) has authorized the contractor to ship early when at no additional cost to the Government. 6. The Government will furnish Technical Manual (TM) 3-6665-426-10 to the contractor as intellectual property for use under this acquisition. Please refer to Section H for additional information. 7. Each large business under NAICS code 334511 is required to submit a Subcontracting Plan with its offer. Please refer to Sections I and�L for additional information. 8. Please acknowledge�all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A. 9. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the offeror, to complete fill-ins and representations. Please review and complete all such items. Otherwise, your offer may be determined ineligible for award. 10. To be considered for award, please return one signed copy of your offer via e-mail to the Contract Specialist identified in paragraph�11 below NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, 05-OCT-2021 AT 4:30�P.M.
