Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-21-R-0042 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2021-07 Effective 10 September 2021 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Effective 30 August 2021. This requirement is being set-aside for Small Business and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332439 with a standard size of 500 employees. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for a Climate Controlled Metal Storage Building; 30 ft x 13 ft 6 in x 9 ft 9 in.CLIN 0001- Climate Controlled Metal Storage Building: 30 ft x 13 ft 6 in x 9 ft 9 in. Specifications and sample photos are attached. Request FOB Destination to Camp Shelby, MS. The customer will unload the storage building from the delivery trailer. DELIVER TO: Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS)ATTN: CW3 Scott ChaneyBuilding 85 Warehouse AvenueCamp Shelby, MS 39407BASIS OF AWARD: A purchase order will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government according to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. To ensure timely and equitable evaluations of quotes, offerors must comply with the instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. A detailed description of minimum requirements is included in the attached specifications. Clauses and provisions incorporated by reference may be accessed via the Internet at https://www.acquisition.gov. Quotes must be for all items stated; partial quotes will not be considered. Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated. Award will be made (all or none) to one vendor. Prices quoted must be Firm-Fixed Price to include shipping and handling charges based on F.O.B. Destination. All offerors must include a Point of Contact (POC), POC phone number, POC email address, Fed Tax ID #, CAGE code, and DUNS Number. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. All potential sources shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/ in order to be considered eligible for an award.DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, applies to this requirement. In order for vendors to be paid, invoices must be submitted in electronic form using the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) module in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Quotes are due no later than 11:00 AM, Central Daylight Time, Wednesday, 22 September 2021.
