- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND NOT A SOLICITATION REQUEST. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking information for potential contractors that can perform the services described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).� Potential vendors shall describe their abilities to perform the tasks.� Vendors shall highlight their technical abilities and experience.� Vendors should list any Microsoft certifications that they have obtained.� Vendors shall include their size status, including any socioeconomic categories.� THIS WILL REQUIRE A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE, so vendors shall state if they have current clearance.� FEMA WILL NOT SPONSOR a clearance for a vendor.�� In addition, Vendors shall identify any existing GWACs/GSA/or other agency contracts (example GSA STARS. etc.)� Limit submission to 10 pages EMAIL REPONSES to Matthew.raible@fema.dhs.gov.� Responses to questions will be answered via email.
