- This is a Sources Sought only. No award will be generated from the notice.� The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement including if competitive pricing will be requested from small or other than small businesses.� The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and resources to provide Custodial and Related services for multiple requirements at multiple Federal facilities in the District of Columbia. Service for this procurement will be under NAICS code 561720 Janitorial Services. The contractor shall demonstrate experience, including the management, supervision, labor, supplies, and equipment, of: Custodial and Related Services Standard services to include building and exterior surfaces/areas such as (but not limited to) floors, restrooms, fixtures, vertical and horizontal surfaces, window coverings, entrances; and services to include trash and recycling, window washing, snow removal, and integrated pest management In buildings of any of the following: A single building of at least 500,000 rentable square feet and/or A single building of at least 1,000,000 rentable square feet and/or Multiple buildings, with a single building of at least 150,000 rentable square feet, with cumulative rentable square feet of over 200,000 square feet and/or Multiple buildings in a campus/multi-building setting with buildings of varying sizes with a cumulative 500,000 rentable square feet. With types of space inclusive of: General office Executive Special use Please provide information regarding custodial service experience by providing a list of three successful projects performed within the past five years that relate to the criteria identified in bullets above. Please provide the following information for each of the three projects: Name and Location of Project � Contractor DUNS/UEI � Identify if Large or Small Business.� If small then provide socio-economic small business category � Indicate if the work was for the Federal Government � Indicate if prime or subcontractor and what percentage was self-performed � Describe details of the custodial and related services performed.� Indicate which were self-performed and which were subcontracted. � Provide square footage of individual buildings and aggregate building square footage � Identify the number of buildings covered by the contract. � Include the type of space within the building(s) � �Term of Contract, including start and end date � Annual and aggregate contract value � A reference for these projects which includes Point of Contact�s name, position, phone number and email address.
