- This effort is to ensure operation and security of the DSO Annapolis site. The DSO Annapolis site is located at 2004 Turbot Landing, Annapolis, MD adjacent to the Naval Support Activity � Annapolis Complex, previously referred to as the David Taylor Research Center. The objective of this acquisition is to provide the DSO with facilities support services, to include 24/7 physical security, telecommunications support, property support, mailroom services, and facility management. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, material, tools, supplies, supervision, management, transportation, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished.
