Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award on a sole source basis to Lexis-Nexis/Division �of� RELX, Inc., 9443 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH� 45342,� under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements.� This requirement is for Lexis-Nexis/Lexis Advance Volume Bonus Plan Subscription online database that provides legal, research and news information content to the Commission�s end users. �The search engine, licensing and selected components of content, such as the Company Dossier are unique and exclusive to Lexis-Nexis. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires the subscriptions to assist in the Office of Analysis and Research Services. �There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. �The period of performance is one year, with three 3 year options:� October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.� A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. �Information may be sent to Myra Lay, Contracting Officer, at myra.lay@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.�
