- Description
- The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC 15815 25TH AVENUE W, LYNNWOOD, WA 98087-2507 for Cable TV, Voice, Internet, and Static IP Services. �All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received on or before 09/23/2021 @ 9:00 am EST. Point of contact is Nancy Costello, email: nancy.a.costello@dea.gov. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Comcast. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The following FAR Part 12 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (OCT 2018) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (JUL 2021) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at this internet address - www.acquisition.gov/far and are attached. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 515210. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request of Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
