This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Mission Enabling Services Contract (MESC) Technical Library which was posted on March 5, 2021. You are notified that the following changes are made: Upload of FOD Overview, �Athena User's Guide for Contractors-Sept 2019, Athena Build Installation Guide 04-00-00, Athena Requirements Document, and Athena_Software_Design_ Document. The due date for responses�is not�extended. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
