Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center Yorktown, VA has a requirement Motorola APX 4000 Portable Radios to be used for the US Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, Security and Duty personnel for their required operations, onboard Training Center Yorktown, VA.� This is hereby a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Purchase Order to YORK COUNTY, 224 BALLARD ST, YORKTOWN, VA 23690, DUNS Number 010054815, Cage Code: 1X0C8 on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� Based on signed Memorandum of Agreement between York County and USCG Training Center of which York County operates and owns the regional radio system.� The following information is provided. � CLIN 001 Part Nr. H51UCF9PW6AN, APX 4000 7/800 MHZ Model 2 Port. Qty (18) Each and accessories. The anticipated award date is on or around 22 September 2021; This notice is not a request for quotation and no solicitation is available.� A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.� Telephone calls/voice mail messages regarding questions will not be accepted and will not receive a response.
