- NOTICE OF INTENT The Richmond VAMC is requesting a maintenance software and repair service from InVivo for the DynaCAD and DynaSuite Neuro software at the VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA. To provide licensing and software support including technical support (telephone and onsite), upgrades, and clinical application support. Due to the proprietary nature of this acquisition, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item procurement with InVivo. The period of performance for this procurement shall be for 12 months with 3 one-year option periods. This proposed contract action is for software support services which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their ability and authorization to service InVivo proprietary software by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 12:00 p.m. noon, Eastern Standard Time, September 23, 2021 to: Ronnie.Gregory@va.gov A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
