***UPDATE*** This notice is updated to issue Amendment 003, which updates the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to remove the government requirement for E-911 service element. As a result of this required change, the notice is extended and quotations are due to the government at 2:00 PM MDT on 27 September 2021. ***UPDATE*** This notice is updated to issue Amendment 002, which extends the quotatation due date for the purpose of providing answers to�the additional questions received by the government. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Local Telecommunication Services � Reference RFQ# W50S9A-21-Q-0003 SOLICITATION DATE: 1 September�2021 Requesting Agency:� 151 CE, Utah Air National Guard Purchasing Agency:� 151 ARW/MSC, Utah Air National Guard, Roland R. Wright ANG Base, Salt�Lake City, Utah 84116 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517311 Wired Telecommunications Carriers and the applicable size standard is no more than 1,500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is DD01 IT and Telecom � Service Delivery Support Services.
