- Total Small Business Set-Aside Requirements: HVAC Duct Cleaning Services Air Duct Cleaning- Full negative air sweep of entire system. Air scrubbing surface of ducts and pulling contaminants into a multi-filtered dust collector. Negative air cleaning is the method recommended by the Nation Air Duct Cleaner's Association (NADCA). Gym (Gym, bilingual music, and cafeteria areas). Approximately 160 return/supply vents, approximately 175 linear feet of air ducts in gym. The RFQ is to be submitted to Karen Cooper by email at karen.cooper@bia.gov on September 24, 2021 at 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Any submissions received after the date and time specified herein will NOT be considered for award. Quotes must be submitted through email to karen.cooper@bia.gov.
