Monte Vista Avenue/Browns Valley Parkway/Vaca Valley Parkway South: Vanden Road/Peabody Road/Air Base Parkway/Walters Road/Highway 12 East: Leisure Town Road West: I-80/ Cherry Glen Road/Pleasant Valley Road SEE ATTACHED MAP Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,291 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,555 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 5-year option term Additional Requirements: Law Enforcement Agency Offered locations shall: Provide access to the space 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
