Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation M68909-21-Q-7926 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation�is for the procurement of one (1) single reel trailer for the operation of a surf array transducer for surf testing.� Trailer requirement: Galvanized trailer that has a capacity of 6600 lbs, hydraulic pump with motor, tension brake, take-up retriever, solar system for charging starter andtrailer batteries, holds a 72"" x 56"" reel size, 4"" x 6"" bent tubing mainframe, tool boxes, capstan coupler, and a front jack and stabilizers. This solicitation reserved exclusively for a small business concern in accordance with FAR 13.003(b)(1) and FAR 19.502-2 under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 336212 -- Truck Trailer Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees or less.� All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.� Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
