Description

The Department of Labor, Office of the Senior Procurement Executive on behalf of the Mine and Safety Health Administration (MSHA) intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Document Integration Systems, Inc., 6270 S. Colorado Blvd, Centennial, Colorado 80121 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Document Integration Systems, Inc. will provide E-Document Technical Support to MSHA. Document Integration Systems, Inc. is the sole vendor that can provide the required services for MSHA�s Data Capture System as the system was designed and developed by Document Integration Systems, Inc. The NAICS code for this requirement is as 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, with a Size Standard of $30.0 million. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order is NOT a request for competitive quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement no later than Monday, September 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
