Description

NOTICE:� THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT A RFQ.� The intent of this notice is to inform the vendor community of the National Institutes of Health of the proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for two (2) 5ft x 10 ft with 12 in Canopy, Parking Attendant Booth, Model PK125 located at the NIH Campus � Building 10 Parking Facility which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than September 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM, EST.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director Parking Facility �intends to award a sole source contract to PAR KUT INTERNATIONAL, INC� based on FAR 6.302-1 Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The purpose of this procurement is to procure two (2) Parking Attendant Booths deliveries are required within 30 days after contract award.
