Description: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Business Center�s (FPAC-BC) Environmental Activities Division (ENV) requires professional services to provide environmental compliance analysis related to non-emergency and emergency haying and grazing in LPC habitat on lands enrolled in the CRP. Services required and associated deliverables are listed below. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price single award contract. The ensuing solicitation will be issued�in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart�12.6. Attached is the draft combined synopsis.�
