- SUBJECT: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the following requirement Radiopharmaceutical and Non-Radio Pharmaceutical Items for the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, Charleston, SC. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT September 22, 2021. Do not call prior to the issuance of the request for proposal. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a non-personal health care services contract to provide delivery of Radiopharmaceutical and Non-Radio Pharmaceutical Items for the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center located in Charleston, SC. The Radiology service line will utilize services of the contractor to provide the radiopharmaceutical and non-radio pharmaceutical items on an on-demand, as needed basis. The period of performance will include a one (1) year base contract and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted SERVICE TYPE: NAICS 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing (except Mental Health Specialists) Size Standard 1,250 employees CONTRACT TYPE: Firm Fixed Price EVALUATION FACTORS AND PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION WILL BE POSTED IN THE SOLICITATION.
